Operations Compliance Program Senior Analyst

What The Role Is We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Program Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement Team. This role has two primary areas of focus: (1) owning and maturing Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program — the CPUC regulation governing maintenance, operation, and safety standards for electric generating facilities and energy storage systems — and (2) serving as the organizational representative for lessons learned across the fleet. The ideal candidate brings operational knowledge of power generation facilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across site teams, engineering, legal, and regulatory stakeholders.
