Role Purpose The Digital Infrastructure Intern works alongside IT professionals to learn how servers, cloud technologies, operating systems, data protection, and infrastructure services work together to keep critical business applications running. Key Responsibilities Assist with the support and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, and cloud-based technologies. Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues. Support projects involving infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, and cloud migration initiatives. Assist with data backup, recovery, and business continuity activities.
