ClickHouse is hiring an EMEA People Business Partner Lead to be the primary strategic People partner to business leaders across the region. By combining deep business partnership, organizational insight, and proactive People strategy, this role will help shape how the EMEA organization evolves—not simply respond to the needs of the business as they arise.
This role is responsible for deeply understanding the business, its growth strategy, and the unique dynamics across EMEA, and translating that understanding into proactive People and organizational strategy.
