About the role: CLA Meridian Capital, a premier middle-market investment bank with over three decades of experience advising clients, is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team in the Seattle, WA office. This role provides transaction execution assistance along with research and analytical support to the Investment Banking team, helping to execute Mergers & Acquisition transactions (predominately sell-side) and other corporate finance engagements.
