The Opportunity
This is not a traditional Sales, SDR, RevOps or AI consulting role.
We are looking for an AI-native builder to create, from zero, an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents — from data ingestion and lead enrichment to outreach, qualification, human handoff and learning loops.
Your mission is to prove that outbound can become a repeatable, measurable and scalable acquisition channel for SMB merchants. You will combine AI agents, Python, SQL, experimentation, GTM strategy and deep customer understanding to build a system that finds the right merchants, approaches them with relevant context, learns from real conversations and hands off qualified opportunities to humans at the right moment.…
