About this role

At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care through Counterpart Assistant, our technology platform for primary care. By supporting primary care physicians and their teams, we help identify patient needs earlier, make complex clinical information actionable, and support longitudinal management of chronic conditions. As Senior Manager of UX Design for the Interventions Pillar, you will lead the team designing how clinical insight becomes action. Your portfolio will include decision support, treatment planning, intervention selection, treatment execution, care coordination, and longitudinal follow-through.
