Supported by care teams and Clover Assistant, our data-driven platform, you’ll deliver proactive, relationship-based care where it matters most. We’re looking for a Physician Assistant in Atlanta who wants to manage complex care, build real patient relationships, and make a measurable impact. What you’ll do Deliver longitudinal primary care to Clover members in their homes. Manage a dedicated panel of patients with chronic, complex, and advanced medical needs.
