Valuer, residential (part-time)

We are looking for a qualified RICS Registered Valuer to join our successful Residential Advisory team. The position is based in Cluttons Head Office in the City and is suitable for a valuer looking for a role offering the potential to progress. The team provides valuation and advisory services to a number of primarily established landlord clients including Great Estates, Funds, Charities and Local Authorities, with property portfolios across prime central and greater London. The role is varied and will cover a wide range of disciplines including Red Book valuations (eg. for tax purposes), portfolio valuations, the valuation and negotiation of claims under the Leasehold Reform Act, Landlord and Tenant including rent registrations under the Rent Act 1977, and asset management.…
