The Role Department : ELPL Location : Manchester Role : Litigation Executive The Team We are looking for an experienced Litigation Executive to join the Volume ELPL Team to be based in our Manchester office. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be an ELPL fee earner competent running a defendant caseload of litigated fast track matters. Expected to: Handle a caseload of c50 files at any one time. Deal with all procedural aspects from issue through to trial. Draft all pleadings. Investigate and appraise liability prospects. Demonstrate the ability to value personal injury using JC Guidelines and case law. Assess claims for special damages. Negotiate settlement where appropriate using persuasive arguments.
