About this role

The Team The associate will join the Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance Team which forms part of the wider Real Estate Finance group. Both partners hold extensive experience across structured real estate finance, corporate lending, transport, decarbonisation and digital infrastructure. Their combined practice covers a broad spectrum of transactional work, from senior and mezzanine real estate financing to large-scale infrastructure projects involving land transport, energy transition and digital assets. The team advises lenders, sponsors, funds and developers across complex, high-value transactions, with a focus on REF, project-driven infrastructure financing and assets aligned with long-term investment trends such as renewables, energy storage, rail, EV platforms and data centres.…
