About this role
Clyde & Co is seeking Associate or Counsel level Appellate Attorneys to support our growing Appellate, Litigation Strategy, and Trial Monitoring practice. This practice includes catastrophic personal injury cases, complex business and commercial litigation, premises liability, mass tort, and trucking and transportation matters. The ideal candidate has appellate trial monitoring experience, as well as substantial experience drafting pre- and post-trial motions, appellate briefs, and all types of dispositive motions. The ideal candidate is also proactive, motivated, organized, and possesses superior oral argument, research and writing skills. This role is available in New York, with a hybrid option.…
