Paralegal / Senior Paralegal - Volume Motor Team - Manchester office We are looking to recruit a Paralegal / Litigation Executive to join our Casualty teams based in the Manchester office whilst supporting our Scottish Casualty teams. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will have a background of Personal Injury, Employers Liability / Public Liability and Motor fee earning and will be competent of running a defendant caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters. Expected to: Handle your own caseload. Deal with all procedural aspects from issue through to trial. Draft all pleadings. Demonstrate the ability to value personal injury using JC Guidelines and case law. Assess claims for special damages. Negotiate settlement where appropriate using persuasive arguments.…
