Role: Senior Associate We are looking for a Senior Associate (5 + years PQE) to join our Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss Team to be based in either our Manchester or London office specifically focused on complex travel claims The Team and Role The team covers every aspect of defending complex travel claims, highly sensitive and high value claims in both UK and International jurisdictions. The team deals with large loss and catastrophic injuries, complex illness claims, class actions, fatal accidents, agency claims and indemnity/recovery actions. Other cases include travel abuse, travel fraud, baggage claims, international regulatory and cross-border RTA sub-groups, to offer expert advice in all niche areas of travel liability.…
