About this role
The Team Our Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team advises lenders, borrowers, investors and developers on a broad range of UK and cross-border financing transactions. The team acts on complex real estate investment and development financings, structured finance transactions and infrastructure projects across sectors including digital infrastructure, renewable energy and transportation. Transaction values are frequently in the hundreds of millions and regularly in excess of GBP / EUR / USD 1 billion. The team often controls the drafting of the finance documents, as part advising lenders and major investors. Many of the documents are based on forms published by the Loan Market Association (LMA) and similar industry bodies.…
