About this role
The HRIS Analyst will provide day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment, assisting the wider HR team with system-related activities. This includes troubleshooting issues, understanding and interpreting system configurations, and clearly communicating system set-ups to stakeholders. The role also has a strong operational focus, supporting and driving key annual HR processes such as the performance review cycle, compensation reviews, and mandatory learning periods. *This is a 12 month fixed-term contract* In addition, the role includes a strong reporting element, working closely with key stakeholders and system users to deliver meaningful MI reporting.…
