About this role
Working closely with CMC’s Human Resources team and wider management team on resource requirements and general employee matters. Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition with a proven track records of attracting, hiring and retaining talent. Provide a high quality and cost-effective recruitment service. This will include placing ads on eFinancials and relevant websites and corresponding with applicants in a timely and professional manner. Providing services covering multiple areas of Human Resources, including employment/education training (eg. CFMAS exams), employee development, compensation & benefits including insurance administration. To build and manage relationships within the business and HR colleagues globally.…
