About this role
As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will work with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to support them with their client groups. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting high calibre candidates for a variety of roles for EMEA. Your ability to creatively source passive talent and build pipelines will help fuel our growth and success. Alongside sourcing, you will strengthen the team's use of data and insight by using recruitment management information (MI) and dashboards to understand what is working and where we can improve. Pl ease note that this is an onsite role that will require you to work within our London office (near Liverpool street) 5 days on site per week.…
