Employee Relations Manager

The Employee Relations Manager supports a number of programs and processes that help reinforce and maintain CME Group’s strong corporate culture and employee experience through extensive interactions with employees, managers, and HR colleagues. In this role, the ER Manager conducts reviews and investigates matters when warranted, whether issues are raised by employees, management, or other channels. Leveraging precedent, judgment, and key resources, such as in house Legal counsel and CME Group's investigation guidelines, the ER Manager facilitates resolution and serves as a trusted employee relations resource and advisor for employees, managers, and Human Resources professionals.…
