About this role
Under limited supervision, responsible for writing technical materials for various company publications including but not limited to communications, instructional guides, web and marketing content. Researches available internal specifications, reports and currently published content to inform writing. Interviews subject matter experts and participates on project teams to gather relevant technical information. Recommends communication approach and plan for approval by lead or manager and then executes the approved plan. Requires knowledge of division services, document standards and industry best practices. Works with other technical writers and strategists to document and improve editorial process and standards. Reports frequently to the Communications and Content Strategy manager.…
