SUMMARY The Courier I position provides services related to mail operations for the Program Support Center (PSC), component agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), as well as to the broader Federal Government. Involves the sorting and distribution of both incoming and outgoing mail, utilizing both automated and manual processes, and includes use of government vehicle to distribute mail. Operates mail handling equipment including tracking assistants, manages the flow of mail, and handles specialized mail services following USPS regulations.
