TITLE: Senior HR Associate LOCATION: Onsite in Oswego, IL 5 days / week COMP RANGE: $60,000–$75,000 / year Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Senior HR Associate to support our Oswego, IL manufacturing location, a site with approximately 60 employees. In this role, you will be a trusted member of the Oswego Leadership Team, partnering with the Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Supervisors to strengthen employee engagement, support talent development, and help build a high-performing work team.
