About this role
Qué estamos buscando:
Garantizar una experiencia de servicio de alta calidad para los consumidores financieros mediante la atención integral y oportuna de sus requerimientos y PQR a través de canales habilitados, así como la gestión y respuesta formal a los casos notificados en los casilleros virtuales de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC) y la Defensoría del Consumidor Financiero (DCF). El titular del cargo es responsable de accionar sobre el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio, y brindar soporte proactivo a los requerimientos del Líder SAC y las necesidades de la operación.
