About this role

Qué estamos buscando: Liderar la estrategia, implementación y supervisión del SAC, asegurando una gestión eficiente, oportuna, transparente y conforme a la regulación vigente, fortaleciendo la confianza de los consumidores financieros y la reputación institucional. Qué estarías haciendo: Diseñar, actualizar e implementar las políticas, procesos y procedimientos del SAC, alineados con la Ley 1328 de 2009, el Decreto 2555 de 2010 y las circulares de la Superintendencia Financiera. Someter a aprobación de la Junta Directiva el Manual SAC y sus modificaciones. Coordinar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio (ASA, AHT, NPS, CSAT, CES) y liderar planes de mejora continua.…
