Job Description Summary: The Director, Portfolio & Planning, PMO & Organizational Effectiveness turns enterprise P&C planning and portfolio direction into practical tools, routines and disciplined delivery. The role designs and runs the portfolio operating system, PMO standards, benefits methods and OE practices that help priorities move from strategy to coordinated execution. This role reports to the SVP, Talent and Development and works as part of a flexible team. It translates agreed enterprise direction into methods, analysis, tools and hands-on support, partnering with initiative owners, Finance, People Intelligence, People Services, OU and functional HR teams to keep priorities moving from decision to delivery.…
