We’re a construction management, general contracting and owner’s rep firm working across multifamily renovation, commercial buildouts and institutional projects. We’re growing, and we need a senior project manager who wants to grow with us. Who you are You run the job. The schedule, the subs, the owner, the money and the closeout all come back to you, and you like it that way. You know a project takes on the personality of the person leading it. Organized jobs come from organized PMs. Owners stay calm when their PM calls early with the bad news and a plan. Subs show up for PMs who are straight with them. You don’t need someone checking on you. You need ownership that backs you and room to do it right. What you’ll own Two to three projects at once, from preconstruction through closeout.…
