ROLE OVERVIEW
Cogent is building autonomous cyber defense with AI agents that help security teams move from finding risk to actually fixing it. Field is already a major pipeline engine for us, and we are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to help scale that motion with sharp execution, creativity, and operating leverage.
This role sits within the Demand Generation arm of Growth and partners closely with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and RevOps. The mandate is to help turn regional programs, executive events, partner activations, and big industry moments into qualified meetings, pipeline, and stronger account relationships.
