QUALITY TECHNICIAN

Job Description Perform visual & dimension inspection of all incoming materials and components (metal parts, lens and other components) Compare incoming materials against quality standards, limit/boundary samples and drawing/customer requirements to judge accept or reject. Accurately and promptly record inspection results in the IQC forms/log book or system. Identify, label and segregate non-conforming incoming materials; report for disposition (use / return to supplier / scrap) and track the handling status. Coordinate with warehouse and production on incoming-material quality issues and abnormalities. Escalate recurring or major incoming-quality issues promptly to the Senior Quality Technician Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety rules and company regulations in the work area.…
