Job Description Essential Functions: ¨ Lead creation of continued education materials, including demo certifications for core and advanced products & processes. Develop monthly sales call material. Delivering experience and context of slide data. ¨ Provide advanced technical support to sales and support teams, mentoring Jr level SEN Eng and support escalations ¨ Review & test product / software features and supporting sales motion with accompaniment of more senior SEN Eng members. Partner with product and sales teams to align content.
