CONTROL Y SEGURIDAD Presencia, no imposición: controlas accesos y salidas, y supervisas el flujo en los momentos de mayor afluencia. Detectas comportamientos o situaciones conflictivas y actúas según los protocolos internos de seguridad y prevención. Informas al equipo de tienda de cualquier incidencia y colaboras con el Store Manager cuando hace falta. EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTE La primera bienvenida: das la bienvenida y orientas al público con un tono cercano y respetuoso, resolviendo dudas sobre accesos y operativa.
