Organizational Change & Training Consultant

The OC&T Consultant role will provide value to the Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice and Cognizant by pursuing team and organizational goals, operating with a client-first mindset, and exemplifying the company core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results. Responsibilities: • Serve as support resource on projects, responsible for owning and executing a workstream or sub-workstream (e.g., Communications, Training). • Apply Cognizant’s change management and training methodology to projects on which they are assigned. • Support and seek out internal OC&T projects and initiatives to improve skillset and expertise. • Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for OC&T new hires.…
