This role includes supervising full- and part-time staff through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for procuring food and supplies, maintaining meal quality and quantity, managing food costs, receiving deliveries, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and accident prevention are prioritized.
