About the Role: A compliance manager develops, implements and oversees designated compliance programs and associated policies and procedures. The role individually contributes and leads others to achieve successful outcomes relative to the Bank’s Compliance Management System and Corporate Risk Management objectives, with a specific focus on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Assists the Director of CRA Compliance in executing and providing oversight of the Bank’s CRA Program. The Compliance Manager works cross-functionally to ensure the Bank’s CRA objectives are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s Risk Appetite and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations.…
