About the Role: In this role you will manage Loss Mitigation/Home Preservation, collections and related activities based on investor policies and procedures. Perform collection activities and adjust delinquent accounts while corresponding with customers and investors by telephone and/or written communication. Maintain accurate record of past due accounts and collection efforts and continues with follow up actions. Analyze borrowers’ financial situations with the ultimate goal of resolving problem single family mortgage loans and managing them through a workout process which may include forbearance, repayment, modification, short sale, deed-in-lieu and foreclosure.…
