About the Role: In this role you will be responsible for monitoring highly complex retail loan servicing workflow, assisting other loan support specialists as needed and keeping leadership informed of department activities within an environment of high work volumes and established deadlines. Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. Independently handles production tasks requiring advanced knowledge of highly complex retail lending documents, regulations, policies and procedures.
