About the Role: The Distributions Manager – Columbia Private Trust is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s outgoing distributions, transfers, and rollover activity. Responsible for maintaining efficient operations, quality of service, and compliance standards across multiple asset and client types. Processing activities include cash transfers, asset transfers, rollovers, recharacterizations, and beneficiary processing. The primary goal of the team is to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely processing of client distribution and transfer out requests.
