Compensation Type: Hourly ‎ Compensation: $18.81 ‎ The Health Records Specialist is responsible for processing criminal background checks, drug screenings, and medical records for CNA (STNA) students entering healthcare facilities for clinical rotations. This role is essential for timely record processing, helping to reduce delays in program admissions and in student clinical placements. ‎ Records Processing Processes all CNA (STNA) health records, background checks, and drug screen clearances. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets documents submitted by all CNA (STNA) students’ health records, to determine completion of health record requirements. Advises CNA students of any deficiencies in their health record and indicates appropriate corrective action.…
