About this role

We are seeking a Dutch Speaking Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team in Malta! Location : St Julian's, Malta Responsibilities: Track evolving regulatory compliance requirements, Dutch market legislation, and Ksa license obligations, ensuring seamless internal implementation. Investigate and assist with escalated customer complaints raised internally and draft formal replies for third-party dispute resolution bodies. Regularly review, draft, and update internal compliance policies, terms and conditions, and operational procedures to reflect updated regulatory standards Prepare regulatory reports for management and the Ksa.
