POSITION OVERVIEW: The Corporate Training Specialist designs, develops, delivers, administers, and evaluates learning solutions that strengthen employee knowledge, skills, and job performance. The role partners with Human Resources, department leaders, subject-matter experts, and employees to identify learning needs; create role-based and enterprise training; manage learning systems and records; and recommend qualified external programs. Training may be delivered in person, virtually, or through blended and self-paced formats.
