POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Manufacturing oversees the production processes, schedules, equipment, and personnel across multiple TAS facilities in Houston, TX. This position has direct management responsibility for production supervisory roles with all supervisory and hourly production positions reporting them. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and cost reduction efforts across all facilities.
