HR Manager Job Description and Competencies The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives to include but not limited to recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. He/she works with business leaders to provide human resources execution in these functional areas.
