About this role

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Quality Control Inspector Lead shall outline responsibilities for ensuring products and services meet quality standards, including leading a team, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and investigating quality issues. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide daily direction to quality control inspectors and material receiving inspector, providing guidance and support as well as assigning daily activities and escalating issues to the Quality Supervisor as needed. Train new hires on quality control procedures and standards. Manage and coordinate quality control activities and projects. Motivate and empower the team to achieve quality goals.
