Responsibilities: Aid pipefitters in the layout, assembly, and installation of piping systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and blueprints. Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles using hand and power tools, preparing materials for installation. Assist with the installation of pipe systems, supports, fixtures, and equipment for various piping systems such as water, gas, and steam. Inspect and test installed systems to identify leaks and other issues, making necessary adjustments and repairs as needed. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety meetings.…
