Production Manager II

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Manufacturing Production Manager II is responsible for leading one or more production departments or major manufacturing workstreams within TAS operations. This role manages Production Supervisors and direct labor teams, owns performance against safety, quality, delivery, labor, cost objectives, and independently resolves complex production constraints. The position collaborates with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Project Management, Quality, EHS, Logistics, and Project Management to ensure safe, predictable, and efficient execution of modular manufacturing projects.
