About this role
The VP Logistics is responsible for overseeing the planning and on-site execution of all FYC events, ensuring that each event is organized, feasible, and runs smoothly from setup to takedown. They will establish event
timelines, determine the date, time, location, schedule, and activity structure, and develop detailed event plans that clarify responsibilities and answer who, what, where, when, and how. They must evaluate the
feasibility of proposed activities.
Time Commitment
8-12 hours/week (may increase leading up to events)
Term of Employment
November 2026 – March 2027
