This role focuses on creating, implementing, and evaluating new programs that increase participation, improve the customer experience, and generate sustainable revenue. Working closely with the Senior Director of Operations, Director of Tennis, and site leadership, this position will lead program development efforts at satellite locations—including Bay Terrace and Tannenbaum Family Pool—while also identifying new opportunities to strengthen programming at Alley Pond Tennis Center and future Commonpoint facilities.…
