About this role

We are looking for a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Bright branch on a part-time basis! Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, please ensure you are available to cover the following roster: Roster: 23 hours per week Monday & Tuesday: 9:30am - 5:00pm Wednesday: 9:30am - 4:00pm Friday: 9:30am - 1:15pm You will be joining one of our Multi Channel Branches! What is a Multi Channel Branch? Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.…
