About this role

We are looking for a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Multi Channel Branch in Corowa! This role is part-time, 27 hours per week with the following roster: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9.30am – 5pm What is a Multi Channel Branch? Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
