About this role

We’re seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our St Helens Branch! Your full-time roster is Monday to Friday , totaling 38 hours per week . Roster: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility around start and finish times depending on business requirements. You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches! What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Between 8:30am - 1:00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact center environment.
