Software Engineer - AI Venturing - x15ventures (Senior/ Staff or Principal) Ship AI-powered products across a portfolio of ventures. A bit about us x15ventures is CommBank’s venture-building arm. Our AI Venturing team brings product judgement and deep engineering to focused missions across the portfolio, turning hard venture problems and emerging AI capabilities into products people use. One mission might be to build an AI-native customer operations capability that adapts to different venture contexts and requirements, then scales across the portfolio. The next might redesign an operational workflow around intelligent automation, or ship an agentic feature that materially changes how customers use a venture’s product.…
