About this role

United Elevators is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential project leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, project management companies, and other key stakeholders. Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and business opportunities and identify potential sales opportunities. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact, opportunity qualification, quotation, negotiation, award, and handover. Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Understand client and project requirements and coordinate with Technical, Commercial, and Operations teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.…
